  • Brigid Godwin, Unity Yoga

    Brigid Godwin has over 20 years' experience helping women prepare for birth and recover afterwards. She is a 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher, Birthlight Perinatal and Postnatal teacher, Active Birth Teacher (trained by Janet Balaskas), KG Hypnobirth Diploma Holder, Mindfulness teacher, Advanced Women’s Wellness Practitioner, Mindbody coach and a trained doula.

  • Trudi Dawson, Mothering Mojo

    Trudi Dawson is a Doula, Infant Feeding Specialist, Antenatal Teacher, Holistic Sleep and Postnatal Coach and Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga Instructor. She has been supporting new families through birth and the postnatal years since 2007. She has trained with the likes of Michel Odent, Sheila Kitzinger and Lyndsey Hookway. She has done many courses looking infant feeding and new born behaviour and holds a Level 4 OCN certificate in Tongue Tie Assessment.

  • Carly Gudgeon, The Holistic Midwife

    Carly, The Holistic Midwife, has been a practising NHS Midwife since 2000 and is highly experienced in both low risk and high risk antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. She passionately believes that all women and families should have choice, feel informed, empowered, supported, and enjoy a positive and safe experience of

    pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Carly specialises in optimising wellbeing on this journey through offering bespoke private midwifery care, antenatal education, maternity reflexology and Biomechanics for Birth

    workshops. She is registered and regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery.

    Council, and also a member of the Royal College of Midwives.

  • Hannah Shepher, Sensory Explorers

    Hannah Shepherd, Sensory Explorers has over a decade of experience in childcare working in nurseries and as a private nanny. Her Sensory Explorer sessions are focused on providing a unique experience for both parent and bubba.

  • Chloe Chapman, The Village School of Dance

    The Village School of Dance has been inspiring budding dancers since 2008 and over the years we have created ballet classes that are specifically designed to develop our students' gross motor skills, balance, spatial awareness, communication and imagination... all while having lots of fun and creating life long happy memories!

  • Nicola Glover, Daisy Frist Aid

    Nicola runs the awarding Daisy First Aid paediatric first aid classes in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Edenbridge, Maidstone, Kings Hill and all the surrounding areas. She is a qualified trainer of 15 plus years, Paediatric First Aid trainer and as a mum to 2 children is able to bring relevant experience and positive examples of first aid in action to all her classes. She has been running paediatric first aid classes for parents, Teachers, Nannies plus all childcare professionals as well as children themselves in and around Tunbridge Wells for just over 5 years.
